Plasma generators MAP

The MICROPULS^®-plasma generator system MAP 300 to 1200 enables via modules switched in parallel a variable power adjustment for a broad range of plasma surface treatment technologies. Each module achieves pulse currents of up to 300 A (1200 A with 4 modules). The maximum output voltage is 700 V, at switching frequencies up to 83 kHz.
