Based on our experience we transform drafts, sketches, or designs, small samples or test pieces into well performing and cost saving die forgings in for small and large quantities.

Accuracy

By continuously advancing our production methods we are in a position to essentially remain below standard tolerances for die forgings. Thus, refinishing operations are reduced or even rendered un- necessary at all, and the required accuracies can be easily obtained.

Further Treatment

Our in-house equipment facilitates mechanic heat treatment and surface finishing of forgings. Customers are thus supplied with ready to install components or products.

Quality

Safety

Some extraorndinary applications shall demonstrate the safety standards of Rübig products: e.g.

• Racing cars engines demanding extemely high wear resistance are equipped with connencting rods and rocker arms forged by Rübig
• In mobile cranes the rope pulley is fixed to the jib top by a safety linch pin
