They are characterised by high quality requirements and speed of conversion for new components, as well as the ability to adopt 3D design data. Heat treatment is also very important here and together with our sister company, we can offer optimum heat treatment processes. |

Formwork clampsClamps produced from drop-forged steel clearly have considerably greater toughness and strength than clamps which have been cast. For this reason, it is possible to design components which are more wear-resistant and therefore safer. We supply these clamps as finished components – welding and assembly is done in our factory. |

Expansion jointsRoad bridges need expansion joints at the point where they join access and exit roads. In this application - which is not a classic application - the forgings virtually form the paving stones. We offer our collaboration for just such applications, right from the design stage and so optimum use can be made of the benefits of die forging. |

Cogs, serrated componentsCogs can be used in many applications. Available as either weld-on standard components (which we always keep in stock), or as serrated customised components, providing stable and consequently easily detachable connections. |

Components with a straight serrationFine teeth, 1mm apart, interlock like racks and so these components can be adjusted linearly. The fine points on the teeth are formed by stamping the forging and the narrow tolerances on component strength and straightness are met. These components are produced on our 4-axis CNC controlled machining centres. |

Agricultural machineryForged pins, pronged fasteners, eyebolts, lugs and ring-bolts etc are used here. The very hard working conditions require a rugged construction and high wear resistance. |

SteelworkIn many places, clamping plates to join I-beams are used as standard components. We have improved many details of these clamping plates and so extended their scope of application considerably, increasing their clamping force and reducing their weight. We can also forge customer logos, part numbers etc onto components. |
