Die Forging

This is at the heart of our company. Our processing equipment enables us to produce forgings weighing from 10 gr to 3 kg, in lengths up to 400 mm long. The materials that can be processed range from simple construction steel to casehardening and tempering steels; copper alloys and sheet metal can also be processed.

With our forging hammer, we also perform die-stamping operations and so we can clearly control thickness tolerances.

Forgings undergo further processing on eccentric presses with a pressing power of up to 230 tons.

In addition to deburring and punching, we can also perform bending, riveting or partial calibrating operations.

We are also pleased to offer our customers a pressing service.

Thanks to our ability to work to very narrow tolerances, many components are ready after die forging and so reworking operations are not necessary.

Sand-blasting, scouring and/or grinding give the forgings a clean and smooth, ground or even polished finish – depending on the customer‘s requirements. Stainless steel components are also pickled and passivated.
