Forging has always been linked with metalworking and is considered to be the process that makes the greatest contribution to the strength of the workpiece. Die forging is a further development and improvement of traditional forging as it can also produce complicated shapes to narrow tolerances. Die forging also offers the low-price manufacture of production-series components.

Rübig has the facilities to produce component series, from a few hundred to over 100,000 components, and therefore is able to supply international groups as well as small and medium-sized companies.
