By using RÜBIG PLASTIT^® technology, titanium and tungsten based hard coatings are eliminated. By using targeted conduction of cases via defined amounts of gas, exactly regulated process parameters like component temperature and preassure, as well as adjustable plasma conditions, layers are developed in the desired composition which feature the tagreted properties. Through variation of gas composition and plasma conditions, any multilayer, gradients or nano composit layers can be produced.
