Anyone who wants aluminum components with low-distortion and low-residual stress properties relies on RUBIG ALU for heat treatment. Premium quality with short lead times as well as the heat treatment guidance tailored to the material and component inspire customers, for example in the automotive industry.

At RUBIG, aluminum is heat treated in pusher type furnaces with high throughput. The thermal impact has a positive effect on the material properties: it improves cold deformation and strength, increases ductility, prevents warping and ensures dimensional stability.

We offer different aluminum states (e.g. T4, T5, T6, T7), with different quenching options by air, water or polymer.
