RUBIG Heavy Duty Drive Chain - The chain for the highest loads

Are you looking for a chain that can withstand the highest loads in agriculture, wood processing, waste disposal, recycling, etc., even under harsh operating conditions? The production of the chain conveyor should be individual, but uncomplicated?

RUBIG heavy duty chains are extremely robust that they withstand the highest stresses.

RUBIG heavy-duty drive chains were developed for the highest loads. Unlike the well-known RUBIG chains, this new type of chain is designed with closed joints. This results in improved fatigue strength, simple sprocket geometry and maximum flexibility in chain deflection. RUBIG heavy-duty chains are forged from boron-alloyed steel as standard. Conveyor bars, flights, etc. can also be easily welded directly onto this new chain. Extended chain pins are also a cost-effective alternative as a fastening option.

Unlike round link chains, RUBIG drop forged chains are not subject to point loads or elongation of the chain links during power transmission. All forces are distributed evenly over large link surfaces, so that the wear of the chain remains extremely low. This results in a longer service life and lower maintenance costs. Furthermore, the design of the chain links, which is based on optimized stress distribution, and the high-quality material result in a low weight in relation to the operating load.
