You have graduated from high school, are interested in technical subjects and would like to develop further in that area?
With this new dual study, RUBIG is offering you the perfect opportunity to learn the theory in the fields of Mechatronics and Intelligent Production in the Upper Austria Technical College in Wels. You can try out this know-how and put it into practice in the operational practical blocks.
During your studies, you will be a RUBIG employee and you will grow into higher level tasks during this ongoing training phase.

In the future, it is going to become increasingly more important for employees to have, alongside their general technical content, in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, the planning and operation of production plants including robots, production technology, operational organisation and mechatronics systems.
- After completing the studies, you will be able to take on a responsible position in Production or Logistics
- take on a responsible position in Quality Assurance
- take on a responsible position in Mechanical or Electronic Construction
- take on a responsible position in the Software Department (plant programming, image processing, application development)
- secure the planning, project management and design of production plants
- complete graduate studies at the FH OÖ and go on to further education to Dipl.-Ing. (Graduate Engineer) or MSc.
