Aluminum
Heat Treatment
for High Strength
Your expert for aluminum heat treatments.
Anyone who wants aluminum components with low-distortion and low-residual stress properties relies on RUBIG ALU for heat treatment. Premium quality with short lead times as well as the heat treatment guidance tailored to the material and component inspire customers, for example in the automotive industry.
At RUBIG, aluminum is heat treated in pusher type furnaces with high throughput. The thermal impact has a positive effect on the material properties: it improves cold deformation and strength, increases ductility, prevents warping and ensures dimensional stability.
We offer different aluminum states (e.g. T4, T5, T6, T7), with different quenching options by air, water or polymer.
Modern electric vehicles place the highest demands on their components: the rear axle carrier must be particularly lightweight, high-strength, and reliable. At RUBIG, this complex aluminum component is produced from a single casting and precisely processed along a fully automated, digitally connected production line.
From heat treatment to crack detection and quality assurance, through to high-precision mechanical machining and full digital traceability, every process step is clearly defined, monitored, and documented.
The result: consistently high quality, maximum process reliability, and efficient production at the highest industrial level. This is how RUBIG combines automation, precision, and digitalization into a powerful solution for the mobility of tomorrow.
