RÜBIG offers special ALU processes at both ALU sites in Wels (AT) and Pilsting (DE). Processes are available for all alloys and processing states.
In particular, heat treatment by means of "T6 Air" air quenching for aluminium parts that easily warp and also processes with polymers are on offer. RÜBIG systems can be used also for high volumes. Its existing customers include well-known European automotive and component suppliers, who have mainly gearbox and engine parts, as well as electric motor housings processed at RÜBIG.
