RUBIG Group strengthens core competencies and acquires Elektrokraft

Since the foundation of Elektrokraft GmbH in 2013, the RUBIG Group has been working closely together with the company, which specializes in industrial plants and electrical engineering, which made the takeover a logical consequence in the RUBIG corporate strategy. For the internationally successful group of companies, this means a further expansion of its core competencies in the field of electrical engineering and electronics. Elektrokraft GmbH will be continued and further expanded under the existing management under Alexander Heitzinger.

RUBIG Managing Director GE Günter Rübig and CFO GE Robert Horvath agree: "By taking over, RUBIG is strengthening the increasingly important area of robotics and automation technology, as well as control engineering for our industrial plants.“ In addition to the stable organic growth, the acquisition is intended to help the family-owned company RUBIG to achieve the sales target of EUR 70 million in 2020.
